About our webinar

We would like to offer a series of educational webinars on non-immigrant working visa and permanent residency applications in the United States.  Our webinars will discuss new immigrant policy, maintaining valid status; the process and requirements to obtain a non-immigrant working visa such as H-1B, J-1, O-1, as well as employment-based green card application including EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability), EB-1B (Outstanding Professor / Researcher), NIW (National Interest Waiver) and PERM (Labor Certification).

With more than ten years of experience in immigration law and high success rates with working visa applications, PERM, NIW, EB-1A and EB-1B cases, our attorneys will provide valuable insight into these specialized petitions.
